Weight loss miracles
Next time you find yourself reaching for the box of cookies or the chips or ..., use EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) on your craving. Be patient with yourself.
I presently have a client who had lost more than 75 pounds with a well publicized "medical" diet program. Unfortunately, as soon as she stopped the 800 calories a day diet, she gained more than she had lost. I have worked with her on past traumas regularly with EFTand my client has lost 15 pounds in the past 3 months. That's just 1. something pound a week. Slow, yes. Healthy, also a yes. EFT has helped her clear the traumas from her past that triggered the anxiety that was at the root of her emotional eating.
No diet can bring you to a healthy weight for long. If you are an emotional eater, take care of the emotions.
